What is Mindomo?

Mindomo is an online mind mapping tool and collaboration services provider that offers the perfect habitat for developing ideas and brainstorming with your team.

What can I do if I didn't receive my confirmation message?

Please make sure you entered a valid e-mail address.

Otherwise, our confirmation message will never reach you. Please ensure that your e-mail filters do not block e-mails from webmaster[at]mindomo[dot]com. To ensure our e-mails continue to reach your inbox, please check your junk mail folder (or security settings). Also, check if your inbox is full and delete some of your old messages to make more space. If you still cannot find our e-mail, go to the Forgot Password page and submit the e-mail address you entered at signup. In a few minutes you should receive your account information and activation link.

What are the minimum system requirements to run Mindomo?

The minimum system requirements are:

Hardware: Pentium IV at 1.5 GHz or higher processor, minimum 256 Mb RAM or MAC equivalent Operating system: Windows, OS X or Linux Mindomo works on all modern browsers, including Microsoft Edge 79+, Google Chrome 63+, Firefox 67+, Safari 11.1+, Opera 50+

What can I do if I keep getting asked to log in, although I successfully did it already?

The server will log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. There is a vertical rectangle at the bottom-right corner of the application which indicates if you are online or offline. If the rectangle is green it means that you are connected to the Mindomo Server. If the rectangle is greyed out it means that you are no longer connected to the Mindomo Server.

What if I have suggestions and feedback for Mindomo?

Great! Please send any of your ideas at support@mindomo.com.

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please log in to your Mindomo account, go to your initials/picture on the top right corner of your Dashboard page, and click on your name.

Then please go to the last section of your left-side panel and click on "Mindomo Info". From there you can erase your account along with all your data.

I mistakenly used another account for the sign-up, can I transfer the subscription to my own account?

Yes, the subscription can be transfered to another account.

Please log in to your Mindomo account, go to your initials/picture on the top right corner of your Dashboard page, then click on your name. Then please go to "Mindomo Info" on the left-side panel and update your email address.

After updating your email, an activation link will be sent to your newly added email address. Please do not forget to click on the link from this email, otherwise your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Why isn't Mindomo a free service?

The main reason why we are charging for premium features like unlimited mind map creation, printing, and premium exports is that we are a small company working full time to develop Mindomo. Opposite to other free or freemium tools, most developed as a hobby, Mindomo aims to become the best mind mapping software, here to stay in the long run.

What to do if I can't afford Mindomo?

We offer an affiliate program that allows you to earn 1 month of premium membership, about which you can read more here after connecting to your Mindomo account.

Do you have tutorials?

Yes, we have video tutorials on YouTube, you can access them by following our YouTube channel.
